Tomorrow is going to be better!
Weight Loss total since the start: 16lbs.,
My waist measurement is 39.5" so I've lost 5.5 inches! Whoo-Hoo!
Revelation Knowledge:
I've noticed that even without any aerobic exercise I am still losing weight. I can only imagine that the weight would be coming off much quicker if I were to exercise more regularly. That is a goal, anyway!
No exercise: I'm not sitting around like a couch potato, but I'm not doing a regular routine on exercise.
Breakfast:
Biscuit with gravy and two slices of bacon; coffee the usual way.
Breakfast S/C: 2/2
No Snack:
Lunch @ 3p.m. LATE but I was busy and didn't feel like eating.
Two chicken tenders and a few waffle fries from Chick-Fil-A
Lunch S/C: 1/2
No dinner...not hungry.
Daily S/C: 3/4 (I figured high but that doesn't matter, it's just a way of keeping track)
