Revelation Knowledge:
I read an article on Wikipedia about carbohydrates. It is very complex and goes into great detail. Carbohydrates is four dimensional and had a variety of different components that make up the entire Cm(H2O)n , but that is getting way to technical. All I really wanted to know was what was best to eat, avoiding most foods that add weight during digestion. I did find out in the article that our bodies (by design of the Heavenly Father, not mentioned in the article) can do without nearly all carbs (short for carbohydrates), and having some fiber. Medical science is still in its infancy. (I'm sure God gets a good laugh from our so called, expert knowledge, on the workings of the human body.) We haven't a clue how our bodies really work. We only have complex guesses or theories as to how they work. Just look back at history to what the scientist and physicians have said; passing their findings as fact; then a few years, or sometimes decades later, change their "facts" to contradict earlier fact. Confused? Yeah, so are they!
Well, regardless of the experts, I'm going to just eat a little less carbs and continue with the a low sugar consumption of 15 grams a day. I will also reduce my carbohydrate consumption to 90 grams per day, instead of the 120. I don't want to remove them totally, as they seem to aid in the digestion process. I will do this until I can get more exercise, then I might increase my carb intake back to 120 carb grams a day. I'll just wait and see.
