Week 18, Day 4, Diet with Dianna

Losing weight feels so good! I like the way I can bend and touch my toes or tie my shoes without gasping for air. So NICE!
I had to buy a new pair of SMALLER jeans. I was able to put on a pair, rather easily, two sizes smaller. Now, the smallest pair of jeans made my legs to look like stuffed sausage links! I couldn't like that! So, I settled for the next size down. I will just have to buy a smaller pair in a few weeks. I can hear you now, "Ah, that's so sad...NOT!" (I'm smiling :D)

Exercise:
Walked 1.5 mi

Revelation Knowledge:
Rejoice in the small victories! Every victory counts.

Breakfast:
My daughter cooked for me. I am very blessed!


  • Half a whole wheat sandwich roll
  • One fried egg
  • two slices of bacon

Salad and one breadstick from Olive Garden! YUM

Hot Dog and a few jalapeno chips

Coffee (the usual way)
small slice of homemade sugar free, no bake Pumpkin cheesecake
