You are never too old to learn new things. You are never too old to lose weight. Anytime a person has an opportunity to improve, they should take it.
Breakfast:
One homemade (leftover) whole wheat biscuit, one fried egg, two slices of bacon (precooked/heat and eat), and my usual cup of coffee.

Snack: None...just drank a lot of water.
Lunch:
Three small squares of leftover thin cheese pizza slices with extra provolone cheese. Oh, so delicious.

Sugar Free oatmeal cookie

Dinner:
I made meatloaf (no ketchup but used low sugar pizza sauce and seasoning!) mashed potatoes, and green beans.

Too full from supper!
