Week 15, Day 2, Diet with Dianna

Okay, today was Tuesday but really felt like Monday. Holidays really mess up my week. I have been off my schedule all day. I was behind in all my chores and squeezed them in, plus the extra things I had planned for Tuesday. YIKES! I ran out of time and now I have overflow into Wednesday. Hopefully by Friday I won't still be trying to get caught up.
On a happier more pleasant note, the weather was truly AWESOME, again. Much cooler and much more bearable. I walked this morning and it was pure heaven! I worked in the back yard...decluttering the storage area, and the weather was perfect for outdoor work. Praise God for another FABULOUS day!

Exercise:
YES, three days in a row! I'm on a streak. My dog is so very excited when I drug out the leash. Almost as excited as me!

Revelation Knowledge:
The weather I've enjoyed since the cooler temperatures arrived is only a fraction of what is to come in eternity! Only a bazillion times more pleasant and beautiful!

Breakfast:
My beautiful daughter cooked for me! She is simply amazing! Thank you, beautiful girl. :D
I had:

  • One Fried Egg
  • A half a whole wheat round sandwich thin, toasted with butter
  • two slices of bacon
  • Coffee with Stevia and half & half.
Breakfast S/C: 1/1


Snack: None we ran some errands.

Lunch:
KFC Popcorn chicken
Side of Mashed potatoes w/gravy. (no biscuit)
Lunch S/C: 2/2

Snack:
None...didn't get home in time and had to get ready for Bible study.

Dinner:
One small slice of leftover meatloaf
1 cup of Brussels sprouts, seasoned, buttered.
Lifewater, Zero, Fuji Apple Pear
Dinner S/C: 1/1

Snack:
Babybel Cheese round and vanilla flavor soy latte' w/sugar free flavor and frothy cream.
Snack S/C: 0/0

Daily Total: 4/4
