Someday, it will be nice to have someone cook breakfast for me on a regular basis, but if it doesn't happen, then I will be happy to just eat well.
Exercise:
I walked very briskly through a large parking lot and then through a huge outlet mall. The reason I say 'very briskly' is that we were in a time crunch and on a mission to find two things and walked to a few stores looking for the items on our list. It was fun to, not only dodge slow, dumb people, but strollers too. Here's what it looked like, if you can imagine: A video of a very crowded mall running in slow motion and then three adults in fast motion weaving in and out of the obstacles of people. I suppose we walked a mile and shopped in less than 40 minutes.
Breakfast:
- One fried egg
- Toast, 1/2 a thin whole wheat round by Oroweat
- Two slices of crispy bacon
- Coffee with half & half and one packet of Stevia

Dinner:
We met with our church group and they ate a McAlister's Deli. BLAH! I didn't want a sandwich or a huge salad...I ate a few corn chips and some chili queso. The Web site says that if I had eaten 6 oz portion it would have been 2/2 but I only ate a few and stopped so I imagine that I only had

Sugar Free Cherry Jell-O, 1/2 cup serving size (I made it at home and put them in small serving cups with lids.)
