Week 14, Day 4, Diet with Dianna

Thursday was a really good day. I have done well. I was able to encourage a girl that wants to lose weight and I sent her links to my blog. Yes, there are other people that are blogging about the same type of diet, but she and I will see each other on a regular basis, so that is an added benefit to being supportive along with my blog. Cool! I hope I can inspire, encourage, and help many, many others to improve their physical health.

Exercise:
None. BLAH!

Revelation Knowledge:
Continue through and don't give up, and eventually they will come, and I can inspire and encourage. Sort of reminds me of a line from a movie...but it's true!


Breakfast:
One whole wheat biscuit w/butter and whipped cream, one fried egg, two slices of bacon, coffee (the usual way).
Breakfast S/C: 1/1

Snack:
A few nuts.
Snack S/C: 0/0

Lunch:
Leftover meatloaf, green beans, mashed potatoes.
Lunch S/C: 1/2

Snack:
Sugar Free Oatmeal cookie
Snack S/C: 2/1

Dinner:
Bowl of cereal with sugar free Almond milk
Dinner S/C: 1/1

Snack:
A few nuts
Snack S/C: 0/0
