Exercise...nope, today was a restful day!
Revelation Knowledge:
Some days you just have to take a break! Even God rested one day of the week. So taking one from the Heavenly Father, take a rest from something. I did cook, but that was a treat, for me.
Breakfast:
One Egg, fried
One half slice of a Oroweat sandwich round, toasted
Two slices of crispy bacon and,
One cup of coffee with half and half and one packet of Stevia.
Breakfast S/C: 1/1
Snack: None...ate a late breakfast and then ate a late lunch.
Lunch:
Chicken Stir fry with:
- Mushrooms, snow peas, broccoli, carrots, green onions, orange bell peppers, and
- seasoned with soy sauce, chicken stock, sesame oil and garlic oil and thickened with a little corn starch.
- Served over a side of chow mien noodles.
OH, SWEET LORD, it was good!
Lunch S/C: 2/2
Dinner:
Coffee and some Jalapeno chips.
Dinner S/C: 1/1
Daily S/C: 4/4
