Week 18, Day 5, Diet with Dianna

Friday! Here at last! We get to sleep in two days...Since we go to church on Saturday nights, that gives us the pleasure of sleeping in on Sunday mornings, also! Today has been super-duper good! My sweet, beautiful daughter fixed my breakfast, again! She is so awesome and a very good cook! Thanks you.

The church office called and asked me if I could come in a help them make some phone calls for the baptism services. I had some other plans for the day, but my super family jumped in to take up the slack so I could go help at church. As an extra bonus, they bought my lunch and Woo-hoo! I picked Cafe Express. They have delicious salads and soups. I'm sure their other menu items are good too, but I only ate the side salad and soup. Hmm-Delicious! Now I am so full.

Exercise:
Yesiree-Bob! I walked 1.5 miles and since we had a cool front blow in last night, along with some much needed rain, the morning temperature was about 70f degrees, which made for a very pleasant walk!

Revelation Knowledge:
Do you hear that swishing sound? No? Well, that's because my thighs are not rubbing against each other, anymore, when I walk! This is another fantastic side benefit to losing weight!

One fried egg

Small side salad - spring mix with a little bit of shredded Parmesan cheese.
Olive oil and lemon dressing
Small cup of turkey chili
Sierra Mist - Diet

Dinner:
Met my husband and eldest son for dinner after dropping off my daughter where she was leaving for a weekend retreat with a lot of other single women! This is a huge step for her!

iced tea with lemon and one packet of Stevia
