Week 20, Day 1, Diet with Dianna

MONDAY: Twenty weeks -- one hundred forty days! WOW! I weighted this morning and I only lost about 1/2 a pound this week! I'm not totally happy, but slightly happy. At least I didn't gain. I suppose it was not exercising enough and a few too many carbs?  I don't know, but it was too close for comfort.

I did get a few compliments on my new clothes...they fit very well and you can see the thinness. The people in our Bible study group even noticed. NICE!

Exercise:
YES, I walked my usual and put a bit more pep in my step. I kicked it up a notch. I'm gonna lose more this week.

Revelation Knowledge:
My old stand by: Philippians 4:13 -- I can do all thing through Christ who strengthens me! AMEN!

Breakfast
  •  One whole wheat pumpkin waffle and sugar free syrup

  • Cheddar Cheese Potato Pops...something new.
    Only 100 calories, 17g of carbs and <1g sugar per serving.

  • One chicken thigh
  • Mashed potatoes with gravy
  • One biscuit (KFC)

Beef jerky

Dinner
Well, I didn't eat any dinner. I got busy on the computer and forgot...Duh!

A few cheetos and some Pibb Zero
