Ah! Saturday & Sunday, both excellent days. I spent the entire weekend enjoying the beautiful weather, walking the dogs, lazing around, a little volunteer work and worshiping the Lord. GREAT!
I ate very well and I know it will pay off, tomorrow I weigh and I know I have lost a bit more. My doctor was a bit concerned with the amount of weight I wanted to lose; not because he doesn't want me to be fit and healthy, he is concerned with extra...sagging skin! I told him that I was not a bit worried or concerned. I am a very tall person and I won't have those kinds of issues. I won't need any plastic surgery or a nip and tuck! With exercise and muscle toning...I will firm right up. Also, losing slowly will allow my skin to readjust to the new me. Lastly, I have something that the natural world doesn't use, My Heavenly Father will supply all my needs according to His riches in glory...that includes having elastic reforming skin! No natural surgeries needed. Praise the Lord!

Welcome to my blog: Diet with Dianna! Me: I was born and raised in Texas and food has always been a large part of my life. We Texans enjoy eating and we will rustle up some grub for just about any occasion: birthday, wedding, engagement, baby shower, and even funerals. Sadly, I ate too much over the years and it is now time to get healthy! I am making good food choices and exercising. Join me on my journey to lose 100 pounds!
