Week 19, Day 2, Diet with Dianna


Tuesday: Worked on edits for my son's book, did a load of laundry, scanned and emailed some paperwork to my eldest son, walked myself and the dog. Stayed busy, for the most part. My husband and I drove to our Bible study group with the windows down. (Thank you Lord for Autumn!) This is my favorite time of the year! Great weather...especially for riding motorcycles...we just want need to get us one, now.

Exercise:
 Walked briskly for 1.5 miles

Revelation Knowledge:
 Despite the annoying allergies I sometimes get, the autumn is by far my favorite time of the year. The fall season is a time getting out of the house, due to the past hot summer, and stretching your legs and your mind. When walking, we find it is such a great time to talk! Imagine...talking...having conversations about our life. Ways to better ourselves and ways that we can encourage others. When I'm walking alone (with the dog), I have fabulous conversations with the Lord. It's a great time to reflect and stretch our minds, too.

Breakfast
  •  1 whole wheat sandwich thin roll - French toast style - sugar free
  • About 1 tablespoon of sugar free syrup
  • whipped cream
  • coffee w/cream and one packet of Stevia
  • two pieces of bacon

  • Small bowl of left over Broccoli cheese soup
  • small square of corn bread
  • Spiced pumpkin flavored coffee w/cream and packet of Stevia

Dinner
  •  6" sub sandwich from Subway - Spicy Italian (only ate bottom half of bread)
  • oil & vinegar, pickles, olive, lettuce and onion
  • BBQ kettle chips
  • diet coke (boy did I splurge on dinner)
