- I went for a cool morning walk with my handsome hubby,
- got back home and showered,
- moved some outdoor furniture to make room for car,
- worked on some book edits with youngest son,
- Got to go to church and worship and praise the Lord,
- Went on a late night walk with daughter and youngest son - very cool temperature.
This was a completely AWESOME day!
REVELATION KNOWLEDGE:
Discouragement: Don't get frustrated with plateau's or mistakes...count your blessings instead. If you beat yourself up for every mistake you will become discouraged and that is a sure fire way to fail. Be accountable to someone you trust and let them help encourage you and support you. Stay on track with your diet because each day you are successful is a blessing and you are that much closer to reaching your goal! A mistake, here and there, will not cause a diet to fail. Be cautious not to make the same mistakes over and over, though.
Keep exercising and watching your calories/sugar/carbs. You are a success!
