Breakfast Sandwich:
- Scrambled egg
- Turkey sausage patty/or one slice of precooked bacon-halved
- half a slice of cheddar cheese
- All on a biscuit that is pre-made and frozen...bake and serve
I wrap each one individually in a paper towel and then wrap in plastic before I put them in the freezer. The paper towel prevents the bag from filling with condensation on the inside, and prevents the biscuit from getting soggy or crystals forming in the bag when freezing. When re-heating them, the paper towel holds in the moisture and prevents the biscuit from drying out. They are a fast breakfast and much better than any fast food chain can provide, and cheaper!
Today, Thursday was equally busy. I took my eldest son's watch to a quick fix place at the mall for a new battery and cleaning. While waiting for it to get repaired, I took advantage of the half hour with a brisk walk around the interior perimeter at the mall.
Next, I was on a mission to find an ac/charger for my husbands new tablet, which took several stores before finding the right one.
Then I was off to the grocery for a refill of eggs, cheese and sausage for my breakfasts. I stopped at JITB (The round clown headed dude in a cube) for a fast lunch, then home to unpack. I had a couple of hours to rest before heading out for a Girls Night Out with some friends and my beautiful-smart daughter.
We ate supper at a superb salad place and then we were off to church for a PINK gathering...awesome praise and worship! Wow! I am so blessed.
Revelation Knowledge:
Tonight I learned that Naomi faced grave tragedies and burdens, but she had the power to change her circumstances. She had a strong faith in the Lord and her desire to make it change caused her to prevail. She made her life change! That is what we are doing when we take control of our eating habits and exercise. We are using our authority to change.
It is in this way, no matter what the circumstances that we go through, the Lord is our strength in which we get our power to succeed!
