Revelation Knowledge:
Each night before I go to sleep, I smooth lotion onto my feet and then put on microfiber socks to hold in the moisture. Well, last night I noticed that the skin on my feet were not as dry and felt smoother and more moist. Could it be that the diet is to get the credit for the improvement? I'd like to think, yes! I believe that the quality of my diet food plan and increased intake of liquid are not only causing me to lose weight but also improving my skins appearance and texture. This is a good additional benefit.
I'm sure there will be many more to come and I am excited about my new discoveries.
