Week 6, Day 2, Diet with Dianna

It was a much slower day than yesterday, although I stayed busy. I made breakfast for my daughter and I, but my coffee machine wasn't working...I had to make a pot of coffee instead of my single cup machine. It's takes a lot longer to brew a pot of coffee. Boy, to we live in an instant world!  I ate lunch out with my son and nephew, ran an errand, called the manufacturer of my coffee machine and I have a new on coming...in two weeks! AHH!

REVELATION KNOWLEDGE:
Something I've noticed about large fluffy people, they huff and puff walking from place to place and sweat heavily (even in the winter). I don't get as winded doing strenuous activities and my sweating is much lighter.

Breakfast:
Fiber One 80 calorie Honey Squares (10g fiber, 23g carbs, 3 sugar for 1 cup), 1/2 slice of Oroweat whole wheat sandwich thin, two slices of bacon, coffee w/half & half and 1 packet of Stevia.
Breakfast S/C Total: 2/2

Snack: NONE...I wasn't home, but running errand.

Lunch: 
Two grilled chicken tenderloins and a few fries.
Lunch S/C Total: 0/1

A. N. Snack:
Sugar Free cookie with macadamia nuts.
A.N. Snack S/C Total: 1/1

Dinner:
One brisket and cheese roll up from Taco Bueno.
Dinner S/C Total: 0/1
P.M. Snack:
Jell-O Sugar Free pudding cup, chocolate
P.M. S/C Total: 0/0
Daily S/C Total: 3/5
