Week 9, Day 1, Diet with Dianna

This is my ninth week, AMAZING! I have made it nine weeks. That is two months and one week long of dieting. In a way it has gotten easier and in some ways I still have mini battles with cravings or temptations. All in all I am pleased with my tenacity to get this far along on the diet.  I know I can go the distance until I lose the weight to reach my goal.

REVELATION KNOWLEDGE:
I am used to my diet eating plan. I know what I can eat and what is off limits without having to look it up in the book. I have learned to read the nutrition labels on product packages...even my daughter has figured it out and helps me read them...cool.

Breakfast:
One cup of Rice Chex cereal, half cup of Almond Milk-unsweetened and one packet of Stevia.
One fried egg and two slices of bacon. One cup of coffee w/half & half and one packet of Stevia.
Breakfast S/C Total: 1/1

A.M. Snack:
None

Lunch:
One Brisket taco from Taco Bueno
Lunch S/C Total:1/1

A.N. Snack
Two Joseph's Sugar Free coconut cookies
A.N. Snack: 1/1

Dinner:
Pecan smoked Kielbasa sausage, steamed okra and one bite of mac-n-cheese.
Dinner S/C Total: 2/2

P.M. Snack:
Deviled Egg (Thanks Britt!)
P.M. Snack Total: 0/0

Daily S/C Total:5/5
