Week 9, Day 5, Diet with Dianna

FRIDAY! I enjoy knowing that tomorrow our family will be together. Saturday's are a treat because we have the whole day to spend as a complete unit. We also get to go to worship service, and we all look forward to that! Today we have a 20% chance of rain...Thank you Lord for the chance of rain...I pray for it to happen over our house, today!

Revelation Knowledge:
Attitude: having a good attitude make a big difference in my success outlook. If I am having a bad day, my diet outlook is grim. When I am having a good day, I have a positive feelings towards my success. I can see myself thin and reaching my goal!  Now, I just need to work on staying in a positive attitude, no matter what the circumstances around me are doing.

Exercise:
None, again...it is Friday night and too much going on in our schedules. Maybe tomorrow afternoon...or not.


Breakfast:
One bowl of cereal: Fiber One Honey Squares, Almond milk - unsweetened, and my usual coffee.
Breakfast S/C Total: 3/1


No Snack

Lunch:
Olive Garden: Salad and a half a breadstick, glass of tea with lemon.
Lunch S/C Total: 3/2

A.N. Snack:
None...not hungry.

Dinner:
Not very hungry so I ate a few veggie chips. (Not ideal and well planned meal but that is all I was hungry for...
No date night with my hubby...it just didn't work out...DRATS!

No P.M. Snack
Daily S/C Total:7/5
Good count on my sugars and carbohydrates, but lousy on well rounded, well planned meals. Also, no exercise...pooh!
