Revelation Knowledge:
Attitude: having a good attitude make a big difference in my success outlook. If I am having a bad day, my diet outlook is grim. When I am having a good day, I have a positive feelings towards my success. I can see myself thin and reaching my goal! Now, I just need to work on staying in a positive attitude, no matter what the circumstances around me are doing.
Exercise:
None, again...it is Friday night and too much going on in our schedules. Maybe tomorrow afternoon...or not.

One bowl of cereal: Fiber One Honey Squares, Almond milk - unsweetened, and my usual coffee.

Not very hungry so I ate a few veggie chips. (Not ideal and well planned meal but that is all I was hungry for...
No date night with my hubby...it just didn't work out...DRATS!

Good count on my sugars and carbohydrates, but lousy on well rounded, well planned meals. Also, no exercise...pooh!
