We met my daughter after work and ate dinner.
Revelation Knowledge:
Dieting without exercise is not as successful. I know that I must be more diligent in getting some sort of physical exercise. I would like to be a better motivated person...this too is like taking the first step of a diet; it just has to be a mindset. Therefore, I am now going to be more faithful in exercise...some muscle resistance and some resistance. Like everything...I don't need to overdue, but doing nothing is equally not ideal. I will find a good equal ground between the resistance/muscle toning and aerobic.
