Today was a very long day!
REVELATION KNOWLEDGE:
Failure to eat at three hour intervals...is impossible on some days. I am not failing at dieting, just having a time issue with having to eat every three hours...cooking and eating or snacking. If I could just fold up my kitchen and put it in my purse, pull it out when I need to eat...then stow it away until the next eating time.
I do not see a missed eating time as a failure, but a missed opportunity to lose additional weight. I will still lose, just maybe not as efficiently. Oh well, I have forgiveness and mercy. I will be successful because when I did eat...I chose wisely.
Exercise:
Walking from parking lots to store, buying groceries, hauling in groceries, mopping floors, cleaning out dishwasher, walking up flight of stairs four times for movie...walking from parking lots to theater and again...
I suppose I was active, enough to call this some form of exercise. You think?

Special K High protein cereal - 1 cup with Almond milk (unsweetened with Vanilla flavor)
two pieces of bacon and one slice of toast. YUM!

Ate one of my son's hash brown potato nuggets from Jack in the Box.

Lunch:
Grabbed a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese on the way out the door...no time to stop and fix lunch.
Snack:
About six Nachos while waiting for movie to start...we sat in the food court.
and a handful of popcorn as the movie started.

Dinner:Grilled chicken breast with melted Pepper Jack cheese and some lettuce...removed the bread.
about eight french fries.
Dinner S/C Total: 0/1
No snack: Too late!
Daily S/C Total: 2/5
Good day for numbers but lousy on timing and quality of food. Tomorrow's a new day!
