REVELATION KNOWLEDGE:
Having enough energy and stamina is very difficult when a person is overweight. I know! Today, I noticed, even though I didn't have a full night's rest, I had plenty of energy and stamina to get through a busy day. I think I will attribute this to eating the right foods. If I had done this before I had dieted, it would have been a struggle to get through the day. Energy is important in a busy schedule and eating well and exercise is a definite are key in determining the amount of energy you have!
Exercise:
Swimming for forty minutes.
Breakfast:
Fiber One Squares (cinnamon flavored), Almond Milk (Vanilla), two slices of bacon, and coffee with half & half and Stevia.
Breakfast S/C Total: 1/2
Snack: None...was out driving my daughter to the mechanic and bank.
Lunch:
Leftover salad from yesterday's lunch at Chili's.
Cob salad with eggs, bacon, cheese, lettuce, red bell peppers and Ranch dressing.
Lunch S/C Total: 1/1
A.N. Snack:
Ate a piece of Swiss cheese

Dinner:
Grilled chicken in Mac & Cheese, side salad (last of leftover salad from Chili's) with ranch dressing, Diet lemon-lime water.

P.M. Snack:
Fiber One Low Carb Key Lime Yogurt.
P.M. Snack Total: 1/1
Daily S/C Total 5/6
Went over by one serving on the carbs! Did great on the sugars!
