Exercise:
Went swimming. The water was slightly cooler...but not by much.
Breakfast:
1 cup of Rice Chex cereal, Almond breeze and two slices of bacon, coffee with half and half and one packet of Stevia sweetener.
Breakfast S/C: 2/2
Lunch:
Five Guys Burgers & Fries. I had the kosher dog with mustard and a few (very few) seasoned french fries.
Lunch S/C Total: 2/2
Snack:
A slice of cheddar cheese
A.N. Snack S/C Total: 0/0
Dinner:
Fiber One Low Carb - sugar free Yogurt and a few corn chips with cheese.
Dinner Total: 2/2
Ate too late so no snack.
Daily S/C Total: 6/6
One over on the carbs...yikes. If I hadn't eaten the yogurt I would have been fine. I didn't feel like cooking and that was quick and convenient.
