About my diet, I have noticed that in my chest area (sensitive subject) that my bras are really loose in the cups. I have noticed less fullness and they are not rubbing together in the cleavage area! I hope to experience more of this. SIDE NOTE: To those women that are knocker challenged, this is bad news. But to us fluffier and fuller large melon girls, we are very, very happy!
Revelation Knowledge:
As I cook, more and more meals at home I have found that I am faster and more efficient in the kitchen, lately. I am also used to my morning routine and rather enjoy getting up and having my morning meal at home. Yes, I have to rise earlier, but it is more than worth it.
I have also noticed that I eat at the table more and focus on my eating and the food. I am not distracted by television. I actually sit at my dining room table for most of my meals. All these are positively good habits.
