Revelation Knowledge:
Eating well makes me feel well! Even though I have cravings for other food...sugary food...I am really enjoying my improved health more than I want the bad food!

1 cup of plain Cheerios with Almond Milk (vanilla) unsweetened, 1/2 packet of Stevia, two pieces of bacon and one 1/2 slice of Oroweat whole wheat sandwich thins.

No A.M. Snack...too full from breakfast.
Lunch:
Half a Turkey Pastrami, baby spinach and Pepper Jack Cheese on Dark Rye.
Eight jalapeno chips.
1/2 cup steamed broccoli (leftover from 4th).

A handful of cashews.

Dinner:
Chicken Salad made from left over grilled chicken tenderloins from July 4th, seasoned yellow squash, and a few sweet potato fries - baked.

Jell-O sugar free chocolate pudding snack cup and a cup of coffee! Hmm-Hmm Delicious!

Well, I went over one serving on carbs...not bad...good day!
