Revelation Knowledge:
It's okay to splurge on a food, every once in a long while. Especially if you've been dedicated after seven weeks. I don't think that this one time is going to reek havoc on my diet. I was enjoying the time with my family and, yes I could have made me something else, but I didn't and I enjoyed my food and family. Even though I splurged, I didn't go crazy and I controlled the amount that I ate. If you think about it, if I only splurge every seventh week, that is not a bad average. I think I deserved a small but well deserved splurge.Exercise:
None, my exercise time was missed because of our family dinner and game night. Tomorrow night I will be swimming!
Breakfast:
One fried egg, two pieces of bacon, half a slice of Oroweat whole wheat sandwich thin, coffee with half & half and one packet of Stevia sweetener.

Lunch:
One Brisket Taco - brisket and cheese only
One side salad (last of leftover from Wednesday)

Dinner:
3 small Domino's thin and crispy pizza squares, toppings: mushrooms, spinach, and beef...light sauce, and of course cheese.

P.M. Snack:
None except coffee. Too busy playing a game with the family.

If you haven't guessed, the pizza was my splurge. I only went over by barely one serving of carbs. I did really good!!!!!!
