My diet went fairly well, today. I cooked all three meals and stayed indoors, except for my trip to swim. Good Day!
Revelation Knowledge:
Resist rich foods! After eating this lifestyle for nine weeks, my stomach was not happy with the richness of dinner. Even though it was way inside the limits of my diet, it was still too rich. I was not a happy camper after exercising...after an hour of lying on my bed, the queasiness dissipated and I was much, much better.
NOTE to self: Limit or Avoid rich foods.
Exercise:
Swam for forty-five minutes...I got slightly nauseous and cut my swim time short. UGH!
Breakfast:
Fiber One pancakes with blueberries and two slices of bacon, my usual coffee and one deviled egg. Yes! I ate a deviled egg for breakfast. It was very delicious and made by the hands of my beautiful daughter. She is an outstanding cook!
Breakfast S/C Total: 2/2
(Even though the pancakes are high in fiber, they still have carbs and the blueberries add sugar, too).No A.M. Snack...didn't eat until nearly 10 a.m. I slept in until 9 (nice)!
Lunch:
Chicken wrap with fresh baby spinach and cheese: cheddar and Swiss, a few corn chips. I didn't eat but half of the wrap.
Lunch S/C Total: 1/1
A.N. Snack:
Sugar Free chocolate peanut cluster by Cabella's
A.N. Snack S/C Total: 0/1
Dinner:
Chicken sausage in Alfredo Sauce (homemade), with whole wheat pasta and broccoli.
I only ate about three-quarters of a cup.
Dinner S/C Total: 1/1
P.M.Snack:
Orville Reddenbacher Snack size kettle corn.
P.M. Snack S/C Total:0/0
Daily S/C Total: 4/5
Excellent Day!
