Revelation Knowledge:
I am frustrated that my weight is coming off so slowly. I was hoping to be bragging about losing at least twenty pounds and I just now hit the ten pound mark! S-L-O-W as a snail's pace. I gave this some thought and I have decided to kick up the fiber with fiber supplements and cut back just a tad on my carbohydrates. I'm not going to cut them out completely because that would be unhealthy. I am also going to add in some additional exercise with stretching and rubber banding. I think this will increase my heart rate. As soon as the weather begins to cool down, I can resume my walking, but then that will mean no more swimming. I might have to find a place to swim laps that is indoors because I really enjoy swimming.
Exercise:
None, unless you count moving from the car to the theater, up a large flight of stairs and back down and returned to the car. I did go grocery shopping and pushed a basket...does that count? :D
Breakfast:
My family ate breakfast sandwiches that I prepared but I ate one egg, one turkey sausage patty and a slice of cheddar cheese.

Panda Express: One veggie spring roll, garlic chicken and broccoli (no rice and no chow mien noodles).

One small leftover Brisket taco from Taco Bueno
