Anyway, I am down by ten pounds, FINALLY! and one more inch in my stomach. WHOO-HOO! I am making head way!
Today was a great day, as usual. I went with my hubby and boys to see Captain America! Cool movie with lots of action and great dialogue. The movie was really well done...not to cheesey.
I didn't eat any popcorn. WHAT?!!! Nope, I wasn't hungry so I didn't get any. After the movie we ate a Arby's and then home for a lazy day -- don't do anything strenuous kind of day.
Revelation Knowledge:
You can resist anything you put your mind too. It is a battle between the mind and the flesh. I have a secret weapon...actually it isn't secret, really; It's God. He is my source of strength. I ask Him everyday to bless me with what I need. In return, I share what he has done for me with others I meet. Easy as pie (sugar-free and low carb pie that is). I also realized that if I eat too fast, I get over full. If I stop before I feel full, that full feeling eventually happens. That is when I am glad I stopped eating before I feel it, sometimes. I will try to eat slower, though. I know that sometimes, it just isn't possible to eat slow when we have busy schedules and rushed for time.
Anyway, resist the urge to eat fast and pay the price afterwards. It starts with portion control. If you think you will overeat, divide your food in half before you start.
Exercise:
Swimming! It is so much fun to swim when the weather is a ravaging 104 degrees at 6 pm in the early evening.
Breakfast:
One fried egg, two slices of bacon, half a slice of sandwich thin, coffee with half & half, and one packet of Stevia.

One Angus Beef Wrap with curly fries.
I ate less than half of the wrap and less than half of the fries. My hubby will take them for his lunch tomorrow.
