REVELATION KNOWLEDGE:
I must have patience and not fly off the handle by ruining my diet, because I haven't seen any real results, on this diet.
Note to self: Hello? It took you thirty years to put on this weight. Girlfriend, it ain't gonna take three days to lose it all. I am going to have to have more patience and persistence. Take the knowledge I know about sugar and carbohydrates and use it to my advantage. I WILL LOSE WEIGHT...IF I WILL BE PATIENT AND STICK TO IT. Day Five is a new day. I can do this. Yes I can.
Breakfast:
- Two slices of Orowhet whole wheat sandwich thins, toasted and buttered. One half has sugar free blackberry preserves and whipped cream.
- Two slices of pork bacon
- Two fried eggs, (fried in 1 teaspoons of butter and olive oil), seasoned.
- 1 cup of coffee with half & half and one package of Truvia.
Breakfast S/C Total: 6/2
Snack:
I ate a handful of pistachios.
Snack S/C Total: 1/1
Lunch: (Okay, I was hungry for this stuff, I know it's weird!)
- 1 cup steamed broccoli, seasoned with butter, lemon, and spices.
- 3 Dill pickles
- Two Oroweat Multi-grain Sandwich thins, 1 Tablespoon Almond butter, toasted w/ 1 teaspoon sugar free blackberry preserves.
- Glass of Tea with lemon.
Lunch S/C Total: 4/3
Afternoon Snack Time:
Handful of butered popcorn, less than 1/2 cup.
Snack time Total: 0/0
Dinner Time:
- Turkey Meatballs, leftovers from yesterday's dinner. They were pulled from the marinara sauce. Very little on there to really count??? But I'll count half the totals to be truly fair. (My store brand turkey meatballs carb count was less that 4 g per serving. I ate only four meatballs and our dogs ate the rest...I was too full to eat them all.)
- Sauted Okra and baby spinach, in butter and olive oil with seasonings.
- SoBe Pure Life Water, Black Cherry flavor

Late Snack:

Well, I went over by two servings on the on the carbs by a few...but I did very good, anyway.
