Today, I walked about 3.5 miles. No running...too sore.
Day off from core strength training.
One slice of whole wheat toast, two turkey sausage patties and one egg (over hard), coffee.
Turkey Cobb Salad from Schlotzsky's Deli and iced tea.
Alaskan Cod - baked, corn, & one yeast roll, sugar free raspberry ice flavoring for my water.
Sugar Free Jell-O Chocolate pudding cup.
