Week 37, Monday, Diet with Dianna


Trust in the LORD with all your heart; Do not depend on your own understanding.  Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.  Don’t be impressed with your own wisdom.

One Step – A Lifelong Journey


Sometimes I just get down on myself and feel like a failure. I think it is easier to lack motivation and feel pity. The best way for me to stay motivated is to be held accountable and to focus on the prize! I don’t want to worry about fitting onto an amusement park ride, in an airplane seat, or just feeling like I am the "fat" one in my circle of friends.
I really want to be healthier! I want all of these things, and I know that in order to get there I have to work hard! This will be a lifelong journey. I only have to start with 1 step. Only, I can do this.

You won’t have to go to the gym and you can exercise in the privacy of your own living room. This is pretty hard, but don’t let it stop you from exercising at your own pace. You can modify all the exercises, but IT IS SO VERY IMPORTANT TO EXERCISE!
 
Hello?! It is only 8 minutes? Who doesn’t have 8 minutes? That is nearly one set of commercials in your favorite TV program. You could do this at work…in your cubicle, without having to do a lot of moving.

So what if your co-workers giggle and snicker? You can laugh, nicely, right back because you will be healthier and more trim and fit! The thinner you become the more attention you receive. Some people with be jealous and sometimes rude while others will be happy and supportive.

Walked about 1 mile.
Cardio and strength training - 30 minutes

One egg & turkey Sausage, coffee

Cobb Salad from Schlotzsky's (It was huge, but I only at a third. I really do not like to see food go to waste, but I don't want to add pounds to my waist!

A few corn chips and a corn tortilla and some salsa! That's all I was hungry for.

Sugar Free chocolate pudding cup.
