John 10:10 The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy.Compromise: to settle; to expose or make vulnerable to danger; jeopardize
My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.
What
happens if you take the “com” off of “compromise”? You get “PROMISE”. A promise
you are meant to live! We
have many empowering scripture verses to filter and protect us from every
worldly situation. God’s truth! If I want to model what it looks like to live
out truth in my physical struggles, I have to break up with unhealthy choices.
Indulging in chips or a brownie is a small concessions compared to compromising
my health. If one indulgence leads to two, and that leads to another, then a
downward spiral is eminent.
We
were and are made for God’s promises that lead to an abundant life of truth,
strength, and joy. Satan’s purpose is to compromise God’s best promises. Don’t
allow Satan to weaken, expose, or make vulnerable. Don’t compromise. Refuse to
accept less than the peace and abundant life God has made for you and promised
to you. (Lysa Terkeurst – Made to Crave Daily Devotional)

Don't compromise...or lower your standards for food. Don't give in to your temptations. Rise up, look up to the Heavenly Father for your source of strength and endurance. Be bold and be beautiful, not from the outside alone, but from within. True beauty comes from the Father and shines out for the lost to see. Be a good example in every area of your life. Show others that eating healthy is fun. Don't complain about the food you cannot have, but be happy and praise the Lord for the good food you can have.

Maybe your the host and friends or family are coming to your house to
watch the big game, today? Here are a few ideas for Healthy Eating/Good Choices.
Delicious Mini Burritos:
Be sure to use the whole wheat, or corn tortillas, they have fewer sugar grams
and more fiber.
Homemade Salsa
(Avoid prepared jarred salsa; they are full of preservatives and loads of
sugar).
Healthy Chips
- A Makeover
Popcorn
– air popped
Of course there are the usual FRESH VEGGIES and FRESH FRUIT.
Do not eat fruit dips; they are full of sugar (yogurt is very high in sugar)! Stay away
from the creamy dips; they are full fat and calories! Clear dips are best,
Italian or oil and vinegar dressings. (No raspberry vinaigrette because it
contains loads of sugar).
You are wonderfully made!
