I will also give to each one who wins the victory a white stone with a new name written on it. No one knows this new name except the one who receives it.

 Before you eat any food, ask yourself, “Is this food that I’m about to eat full of good healthy nutrients and vitamins? It this food BENEFICIAL to my new healthy lifestyle and my body’s well-being?”  If the answer is yes, EAT UP! If it is no, put it down…walk away!

Portion Control
