Week 18, Day 4, Diet with Dianna

Losing weight feels so good! I like the way I can bend and touch my toes or tie my shoes without gasping for air. So NICE!
I had to buy a new pair of SMALLER jeans. I was able to put on a pair, rather easily, two sizes smaller. Now, the smallest pair of jeans made my legs to look like stuffed sausage links! I couldn't like that! So, I settled for the next size down. I will just have to buy a smaller pair in a few weeks. I can hear you now, "Ah, that's so sad...NOT!" (I'm smiling :D)

Exercise:
Walked 1.5 mi

Week 18, Day 3, Diet with Dianna

Wednesday, Volunteer Day for me at the church offices. It is very gratifying to be able to help out, even if it is in a small way. After volunteering, my daughter and I got to eat lunch with my favorite husband. His office is just around the corner from the church offices and it is so convenient to be able to stop by.
Something we do is talk! No artificial distractions, for example: texting and phone apps. Not many things are as annoying than to be in a conversation with someone and have them text or surf Facebook at the same time. They are really not listening or participating in the conversation. It makes the other person feel ignored and even think they are boring. The most shocking of all is a parent ignoring their child while keeping up with their social life. Sad, but I see it happening nearly everywhere I go. I even see people of varying ages texting during church service...very sad.
Talking during a meal slows down the eating process so your body will trigger the full sensation before you can overfill it. Try it sometime, without any cell phones or tablet devices and remember what it was like to have a conversation with a living, breathing person. It is actually fun!

Revelation Knowledge:
Knowledge comes from God, who gives it freely to us through His inspired word and the Holy Spirit that lives within us. It is important that I keep me internal ears open to the Spirit's directions. Spending time in the Word strengthens my relationship with my Heavenly Father. When times seem rough and tough; when I've had a hard day, my strength to resist bad eating habits is stayed off! No more emotional eating for me. It is destructive and the devils way of sabotaging my diet. I won't let it happen, this time!

Exercise:
I want to share with you a web link to a cheap way to exercise, without going to an expensive gym! Lot's of different exercises for nearly every part of the body. Here's the catch...you have to do it!
At Home Exercise-Training  (And much more.)

Yep, I walked 1.5 mi. this morning...it wasn't as cool, but it wasn't hot.

Breakfast:

  • 1 cup of Shredded Wheat (0 added sugar)

  • cup of coffee (the usual way)

Week 18, Day 2, Diet with Dianna

Tuesday has been another busy day. I was actively chasing yesterday's missed chores, plus my regular Tuesday schedule. Whew! My youngest (grown) son was extremely helpful in picking up the slack. Good son!
Breakfast and lunch were prepared at home. Dinner was with my hubby before we went to Bible group study. I enjoy the quiet time we have together, just visiting and eating. He is still my best friend, and that is comforting to know that after thirty-one years, we still enjoy our time together. That is so cool!

Weight Loss Count!
Total pounds lost to date: 24 pounds
Total inches lost to date: 7 inches in my waist
When I went to the doctor's office, over one year ago, my weight was 20 pounds heavier than when I started this diet. WOW!!!!

Exercise:
Nope, and I had good plans to actually exercise today. That was a total failure. Blah!

Revelation Knowledge:
This gem is from my brilliant husband!

I've often wondered why people, who give out unsolicited advice, become upset if it is not acted upon.  No one asked them for advice or help so why would they feel hurt if it is not followed?   Is it a control thing masquerading as a concern thing?
I think it's good to listen to the thoughts others may have, but always do what the Holy Spirit and your heart tell you to do.  If they person doesn't like it, they’ll get over it.

Breakfast:
  • One Pumpkin spice whole wheat pancake (the last on of the leftovers) with:
  • Sugar free Maple syrup
  • A dollop of whipped cream
  • One fried egg

Breakfast S/C: 1/1

Snack:
Noway...I could not force myself to even nibble, I was so full.

Lunch:
Turkey sandwich: (I only ate half, I got too full after about two bites, but my dogs enjoyed the leftovers).
  • One Oroweat 100% whole wheat sandwich roll
  • Thinly sliced smoked turkey
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of herb & garlic Laughing Cow cheese
  • two slices of bacon
  • SoBee water: Fuji Apple Pear
Lunch S/C: 2/1

Snack: NOPE! Too full.

Dinner: It's good to know that even dining out, I can stick to my eating plan!
Mexican Inn (my favorite!).
Taco Salad
Chips & salsa!
Diet Coke with lime wedge
Dinner S/C: 1/1 (Again I only ate a little bit because I am still so full!)

Snack:
about one cup of Kettle corn and some leftover SoBe water!
Snack S/C: 1/1

Week 18, Day 1, Diet with Dianna

Good news...I had my annual girl doctor visit and I took a photo of my before the diet and a current photo 18 weeks later. The doctor was very pleased with the progress. He suggested that I add some resistance exercises and increase my walking to 3 mi a day...1.5 in the mornings and 1.5 in the evenings. He doesn't want me to lose muscle along with the fat.  I will give this some thought. I don't know if I can add two walks a day to my already busy schedule...hmmm?

At the doctor's office, I was the same weight with my clothes on as what my scales said before my shower, last night. Since I use MY bathroom scales, regularly, I will go with that weight numbers as the official count, even though the doctor's office count was less. I'll give you the official loss count tomorrow.

Other news, I spent several hours in the car, traveling to and from the doctor's office and doing some sightseeing of our old stomping grounds. Wow, things have really changed in a few short years!

Exercise:
Sort of...My youngest son and I walked the huge mall, upstairs and down stairs...all the way around. We also parked at the outer edges and walked that distance, too.

Revelation Knowledge:
Below is the topic from my morning Bible study, today.

Let Your New Man or Woman Out
"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service." (Romans 12:1)
When you made Jesus Christ Lord of your life, you became what the Bible calls a "new creature." Inside, you're not the same person you were before. You have the nature of God born into you. But it's not enough for you just to have that new nature on the inside. You have to let it take over the outside as well.
Don't expect that to happen automatically. You have to make a decision to bring your body into obedience to the new man within you. You must determine to do what Romans 6:12 says and "let not sin...reign in your mortal body."
I know that sounds tough, but remember, you're not in this alone. You have a Helper inside you to enable you to carry out that decision. His name is the Holy Spirit. He's there to strengthen you. He gives you the power to put sin out of your life and under your feet.
Make that decisive dedication of your body today--and let that new man that's on the inside of you begin to come out! ~Gloria Copeland

Week 17, Day 7, Diet with Dianna

Sunday has been good to me! I slept until 8:30 a.m. (only because I attended church last night!) and had a good breakfast, leftovers for lunch, and snacked for dinner. I got to hang with my family...even though we didn't actually sit in the same room; just knowing they were around made it a good day. I like lazy days! Tomorrow, is going to be busy so I'm going to focus on my memories of this beautiful, relaxed day!

Week 17, Day 5 & 6, Diet with Dianna

Friday and Saturday! Whew!  Friday was BIZZY! Wow! Got the oil changed in the car, did some shopping for supper ingredients and for the rest of the weekend, did the laundry, cooked breakfast and dinner, and watched some television in the evening.  I didn't get to be until very, very late, so I didn't post a blog for Friday!

Saturday! Great morning. Went for a walk with my hubby and two sons, and their dogs. My beautiful daughter had to work so I walked her dogs, in her absence. I cooked breakfast and heated up leftovers from Friday nights dinner, spent some "me" time on the computer and dressed for church.  Worship time was AWESOME! The best part of the day! Came home and watched a movie with my favorite daughter, ate a piece of my Sugar Free Spiced Pumpkin cheesecake! Another fabulous day.

Exercise: YEP! walked 1.5 mi., both days!!!!!!

Revelation Knowledge:
As my pastor said tonight...you cannot give freely until you learn to receive by grace.  It's easy to hang on to what you believe is earned. But the key is knowing your source of all your provisions, then you can give joyfully and freely! FOOD FOR THOUGHT!

Week 17, Day 4, Diet with Dianna

You want to know how to get some good exercise? Play with a three and a half year old. My nephew was here tonight and he and I played with his garage and cars for about half an hour, then we played baseball, or should I say, chase Aunt Nanna with the baseball, outside for an hour. Then we went in and he took a forty minute bath...Whew!

Exercise:
Yep! I walked 1.5 mi. this morning in the cool, awesome 68 degree weather.

Revelation Knowledge
I am grateful to God that I had already lost twenty pounds before I got the kind of workout I got this evening with my nephew. If this had happened before all the weight loss, I would be completely tuckered out and sucking wind! I'm positive that having spent the last several months eating healthier and exercising regularly allowed me to exert a higher level of energy for a longer sustained time; and it felt good.  I was amazed at the level of energy and stamina I had. WOW! I'm really digging the side benefits of getting into better shape.

Breakfast:

  • One fried egg

  • coffee with half & half and one packet of Stevia

Week 17, Day 3, Diet with Dianna

Absolutely amazing day! Today was my sweetheart's birthday! Even though he sacrificed a full day of fun and frolic to put in a full day of work, we managed to squeeze in some celebration time at dinner. The whole family went to Macaroni Grill; one of his favorite places to eat! Birthday boy's choice. NOW, this is not exactly a dieter's choice, but I did manage to find something to eat that was well withing the parameters of my plan. We all had such a good time and the restaurant was completely empty for nearly the whole time we were there. IT was great, and they catered to our every whim! Awesome! Happy Birthday, Sweetie! God is good!

Exercise:
YEP! I actually walked twice, today.
Morning: 1.5 mi
Evening 1.5 mi

Revelation Knowledge:
Don't fret; go with the flow.  I was slightly concerned about the restaurant choice for dinner. I didn't worry though and after I looked at the menu, I found a whole wheat pasta with chicken and broccoli...no thick heavy or sweet sauce but a delicious light and flavorful broth. I ate a salad, but after it had arrived I found the house dressing to be TOO sweet so I pushed it aside. I did sample a small piece of bread dipped in peppered olive oil! Anyway...I didn't worry and enjoyed the company, atmosphere and food!

Breakfast:

  • One fried egg
  • One turkey sausage patty
  • One small pumpkin whole wheat pancake w/sugar free syrup.

Breakfast S/C: 1/1

I did drink a cup of coffee! And I made a dessert for tomorrow night!!!! Shhh! It's a secret!

Week 17, Day 2, Diet with Dianna

Great day, Tuesday. I had some munchies during the day, but I didn't give in to them. I grabbed some water and took some gulps, then got my mind and hands busy with other things. I don't know why I had a hankering for chewing? I wasn't hungry. I ate well for breakfast. It hadn't been three hours since my last meal...I just got the munchies. Weird.  I think the devil was trying to sabotage my diet. Thank God I had His presence of mind to not give in to those cravings!

Exercise! YES! Even though it was humid and already 80 F Degrees when I walked, I trudged on and got a little sweaty, but finished the walk! It felt good and Pixie was happily at my side...sometimes leading the way!

Revelation Knowledge:
I am so glad that I don't have to depend on my human self to get me through temptation! I am so glad that I can call on my Higher power to get me out of those kinds of situations. All I had to do was call on his name and it took the focus off food and put it on Him! IT worked very well. I must commit this to memory for any future temptations!

Breakfast:

  • One, Whole wheat pumpkin spiced pancake with whipped cream.
  • Coffee with half & half and one packet of Stevia

Monday, Week 17, Day 1, Diet with Dianna

Whoo-hoo! A Picture speaks a thousand words. I am 20 lbs. lighter and loving it! I can see a difference!
This is very good. I was hoping for more, but I'm not complaining. I'm on the right track. The weather is finally cooling off so I can walk without melting! Thank the Lord. We've had a few days of cool, then bounced back to extreme hot, and now a refreshing cool again. I am feeling excited about tomorrow and my morning walk!

Exercise: None. Except for household chores.

Revelation Knowledge:
Steadfast. This is an interesting word. It can sometimes be considered, stubborn. The Miriam Webster Online Dictionary says:

  1. firmly fixed in place; immovable
  2. not subject to change
  3. firm in belief, determination, or adherence
The Holy Bible speaks of being steadfast in keeping the Lord's commandments (I Chronicles 28:7)

  1. to fasten upon, be consistent, seize, to be obstinate, to cure, help, be strong, repair, help,
    constrain.
The word, Steadfast, comes from the Hebrew word, châzaq (khaw-zak') and has so many dimensional meanings, but they all draw a picture in my mind. It reminds me that of the change, a metamorphosis so to speak, that my mind has gone through. I no longer think of food the same way I did nearly four months ago, when I began this journey. I am steadfast/obstinate in my food choices. I am steadfast/immovable in my will to succeed! I am steadfast/determined to lose all of the one hundred pounds I set as my goal. I will not be as thin as I was at nineteen, but I will be a perfectly healthy weight for my age and height. I will live longer, have more energy, and a pep in my step. I will be steadfast to success!

Breakfast:

  1. Homemade Pumpkin Spiced Whole Wheat pancake with
  2. sugar free syrup and
  3. whipped cream
  4. Coffee with half & half and one packet of Stevia
Breakfast S/C: 2/1

No Snack:

Lunch:
  1. Arby's Angus Cool Deli Wrap (Yes, an entire wrap is a whopping 620 calories...if you eat it with mayonnaise and the entire thing! BUT I only ate a third of the wrap because it is so HUGE! I omit the mayonnaise and vinaigrette and tomatoes! Therefore I barely ate 170 calories and a few curly fries. So, including the fries I had about 25 carbs for my entire lunch meal, and about 2 sugars.

Lunch S/C: 2/2

No Snack:

Dinner:
  1. Half a bacon sandwich with mustard, garlic soft cheese (Laughing Cow), spinach leaves, on a single slice of 12 grain whole wheat bread
  2. and a few jalapeno chips
Dinner S/C: 1/1

Snack:
Sugar Free Cherry Gelatin - 1/2 cup serving size...homemade.

Week 16, Day 7, Diet with Dianna

Sunday! The weekend is over...we got rain!!!!! About an inch on Saturday night and about 1/8 of an inch tonight! Thunder and rain. The smell of rain is awesome, especially after such a dry spell. Whew! Thank you Lord for your grace and mercy.

I ate very much better today! I cooked lunch and ate leftovers for breakfast and dinner. We went to a graduation celebration today, as well. Busy weekend and an already busy Monday just a few hours away.

I have the best family, ever! My hubby is the "grill-master" and our pork loin steaks were cooked to perfection. My beautiful, talented daughter steamed up some delicious veggies. I cooked up some rice (which is not a vegetable but a grain). And I toasted up some garlic bread. We all sat around the table and ate "high on the hog". Great day!

Week 16, Day 5, Diet With Dianna

Friday. Yeah, the weekend. Today was a much better day. I felt a bit stronger but I still lack abundant energy. I made a trip to the grocery store and had to sit down a couple of times to catch my breath. I walked at a snail's pace. It took me twice as long to collect the items on my list, but thankfully two of my grids were with me and they ran a grabbed items on our list! WHEW!

I ate a bit more, but nothing really tasted good or even felt all that good after I ate. YUCK. I'm sure that will pass, too. I am still very thirsty and I drank a lot of fluids, today. Water, water, water...the sweet non-calorie things just tasted awful! No thank you.

Exercise
Are you kidding?...I was blessed to make it from the parking lot, through the store and back home without collapsing. HA!

Revelation Knowledge:
Sickness, even that which is temporary and not life threatening, can put a different slant on the food that you eat and like to eat. Nothing tastes good and I don't crave any kind of particular foods.

Breakfast:
Half a whole wheat sandwich round and some sugar free cherry gelatin....burp-blah!
Breakfast S/C: 0/1

NO snacks all day...yuck, no thank you.

Lunch:
I ate a taco because that sounded good.
BIG MISTAKE! YUCK! BURP!
Lunch S/C: 1/1

Dinner:
Piece of chicken tenderloin, roll, and two corn fritter nuggets.
Again, yuck...mistake...will rethink all kinds of better choices tomorrow...not good!
Dinner S/C: 1/1

Total S/C: 2/3

My daughter baked a pumpkin spice cake and decorated it to look like a giant candy corn! It smelled absolutely Autumn delicious. I actually tasted the cake, before it was iced and sugared. It was warm and moist and the cinnamon and nutmeg filled the air. Unfortunately, my taste buds weren't very excited....even though this is a proven super delicious recipe. *Sigh*
I began dreaming up ways to make a low sugar version, one that is better suited for this diet...I will work on that and do some tests. Will get back with you on this, for sure.

Week 16, Days 3 & 4

Not fun! I have been sick with the flu! No one should have to experience that kind of illness...I am much better, today, but I lack energy and I still have some lingering aches. I do feel so much better, today. I wanted to just die, I felt so bad!
My sweet husband did all the clean up laundry. I actually go to take a shower and that felt so great!

I haven't eaten since Tuesday so I don't have much to post. Hopefully I will have a better posting tomorrow.
I stepped on the scales and I lost 4 pounds in one day...it had to be from all the puking! YUCK!

I hope to post better, happier blogs, tomorrow!

Be Blessed!

Week 15, Day 7, Diet with Dianna

Sunday, was a busy day. My guys were busy volunteering at church. Britt and I planned and prepped for stir-fry with chow mien noodles and white rice. It was delicious. We ate very, very late so it counted as lunch and dinner. Great day!

Exercise...nope, today was a restful day!

Revelation Knowledge:
Some days you just have to take a break! Even God rested one day of the week. So taking one from the Heavenly Father, take a rest from something. I did cook, but that was a treat, for me.

One Egg, fried
One half slice of a Oroweat sandwich round, toasted

Week 16, Day One, Diet with Dianna

Did you see my before and after pictures? 20 lbs! That is equivalent to two, 10 lb bags of sugar. Yes, I was wearing black...I didn't think about that when I had the photo taken Those were my walking pants as I had just returned from my morning walk. They are cool, stretchy and comfy! I'll have to take another photo when I'm in my jeans! Duh!
Even though it has taken me sixteen weeks to lose twenty pounds, now that I look back, it doesn't seem that long ago. When I look forward to what I have left to lose, it seems like from here to the moon...a long, long way to go. Oh well, one day at a time!

Exercise:
Morning walk 1.5 mi

Revelation knowledge:
Sometimes it's better to look a the road traveled than the road ahead. You can see your accomplishments and celebrate your successes. If you focus entirely on the end goal, it might just overwhelm you and stifle progress. Instead make little goals that are easier to obtain and when you put all the successes together collectively, they make a BIG GOAL.

Week 15, Day 6, Diet with Dianna

Saturday mornings are the best because all the family is usually home. We ate breakfast, but this time I was the only one that ate home cooked food. The rest of my peeps ate doughnuts. I really like doughnuts, especially eclairs. They are my favorite. I will be glad to have shed all the weight I want to lose so that on occasion I can have a treat like that. I still ate very well. I made my usual breakfast of egg, toast, bacon, and coffee. It was delicious.
Someday, it will be nice to have someone cook breakfast for me on a regular basis, but if it doesn't happen, then I will be happy to just eat well.

Exercise:
I walked very briskly through a large parking lot and then through a huge outlet mall. The reason I say 'very briskly' is that we were in a time crunch and on a mission to find two things and walked to a few stores looking for the items on our list. It was fun to, not only dodge slow, dumb people, but strollers too. Here's what it looked like, if you can imagine: A video of a very crowded mall running in slow motion and then three adults in fast motion weaving in and out of the obstacles of people. I suppose we walked a mile and shopped in less than 40 minutes.

Breakfast:

  • One fried egg
  • Toast, 1/2 a thin whole wheat round by Oroweat
  • Two slices of crispy bacon
  • Coffee with half & half and one packet of Stevia

We met with our church group and they ate a McAlister's Deli. BLAH! I didn't want a sandwich or a huge salad...I ate a few corn chips and some chili queso. The Web site says that if I had eaten 6 oz portion it would have been 2/2 but I only ate a few and stopped so I imagine that I only had

Sugar Free Cherry Jell-O, 1/2 cup serving size (I made it at home and put them in small serving cups with lids.)

Week 15, Day 5, Diet with Dianna

I had another great day and it began with a brisk morning walk! I could get used to this weather. The weather reports are saying that the heat is going to return for a few days! BLAH-humbug!
Tonight we enjoyed a night of laughter at church. YES, at church. IT is OKAY to laugh in church. There was a Christian comedian that came and did a show for us...two shows to be exact. He sold out both shows and the auditorium holds 4,000 guests. WOW! Awesome! He was funny, without booze or crude, rude, and abusive content or language. That is really saying something to make that many folks laugh....no, that is to burst out with deep down hard laughter for one and a half hours. TREMENDOUS! God is good! Thanks Lord and thank you Michael Jr.

I was behind in all my chores and squeezed them in, plus the extra things I had planned for Tuesday. YIKES! I ran out of time and now I have overflow into Wednesday. Hopefully by Friday I won't still be trying to get caught up.
On a happier more pleasant note, the weather was truly AWESOME, again. Much cooler and much more bearable. I walked this morning and it was pure heaven! I worked in the back yard...decluttering the storage area, and the weather was perfect for outdoor work. Praise God for another FABULOUS day!

15 WEEKS! Day 1, Diet with Dianna

Awesome, awesome, glorious day! The weather was a mere 69f degrees this morning. I made breakfast sandwiches. Diet for me, regular for the family. I got dressed, hurriedly, and we walked in the beautiful coolness of the morning. Fabulous! I cannot praise God enough for this day! Since it was an official U.S. Holiday, Labor Day, the guys were off from work. My daughter works in retail, so she worked for half the day. We grilled our lunch and lazed around the rest of the day. We concluded the last hour before sunset, sitting in the chairs, out in the front yard, enjoying the blessed weather and day!

Lost 1 more pound! Waist measurement is down my 1/2 inch. (decently, modest pictures to come).

Exercise!!!!!! YES!!!!!
I walked, briskly, with the family and dogs, for our 1.5 mi walk. Excellent!

Revelation Knowledge:
I feel energized from exercise. The lie of Satan encourages me to dislike most forms of exercise. God gave us the keys to all success, through his supreme sacrifice, love and grace. I can be successful in everything! Even diet and exercise! Go forth! Exercise and be energized!

Breakfast:
Egg sandwich:

  • One, fried egg (in a 1/2 teaspoon of butter), cover with a lid and cook until center is firm (my preference), and seasoned with salt & pepper.
  • Two slices of precooked bacon (Hormel-Warehouse Club size for convenience and better cost) and zapped in microwave for 20 seconds to add crispiness.
  • 1 slice of sharp cheddar cheese (Super Target Store Brand)
All of that above is sandwiched between:
  • 1 set (2 half slices) of the round Oroweat 100% whole wheat sandwich thins, toasted and lightly buttered.
  • And a freshly brewed cup of coffee with half and half and one packed of Stevia in the Raw.
Breakfast S/C: 1/1

Week 14, Day 7, Diet with Dianna

What an outstanding day we had. The weather was actually much cooler than what we have experienced for the last three months. We had below 90f degree weather for the morning hours and the entire family went on a long walk...with the dogs! AMAZING! Praise God. I actually get to post some exercise under the "exercise" heading. Woo-hoo!

Revelation Knowledge:
Be aware, pay attention to opportunities to share about your success. NOT BRAGGING (well, maybe just a little bit, because I have lost 16 lbs). My husband and I had the awesome privilege to eat dinner with some friends that we don't get to spend time with on a regular basis. The times in-between visits is too infrequent. Not by choice but by our busy lives and a fair distance apart, geographically. Tonight, my friend was talking about needing to shed a few pounds and I jumped at the chance to share with her about my super diet. She was intrigued and now I get to send her some info. Hopefully, this will inspire and encourage her. Even if she doesn't choose the same diet plan, I can still take the opportunity to support her in becoming healthier.

Exercise:
YES. Walked about 1.5 mi. IT felt really good! GRAND!

Breakfast:
LATE, late breakfast....early lunch combined:
Breakfast sandwich of bread, fried egg, sausage, cheese, and a side of hashbrowns. Delicious. (Coffee to drink).

Week 14, Day 3, Diet with Dianna

Volunteer Day at the church offices! I am so excited to have the opportunity, each week. The people are so happy, friendly, and grateful for the help! Amazing to see this kind of attitude in a work place. I have worked and volunteered in many places and even several churches. But this church is the best ever at genuine kindness and exhibiting the Love of God and Christ. Wow! What a difference true love has.

Exercise: None :(

Week 14, Day 4, Diet with Dianna

Thursday was a really good day. I have done well. I was able to encourage a girl that wants to lose weight and I sent her links to my blog. Yes, there are other people that are blogging about the same type of diet, but she and I will see each other on a regular basis, so that is an added benefit to being supportive along with my blog. Cool! I hope I can inspire, encourage, and help many, many others to improve their physical health.

Exercise:
None. BLAH!

Continue through and don't give up, and eventually they will come, and I can inspire and encourage. Sort of reminds me of a line from a movie...but it's true!
