Week 22, Sunday, Diet with Dianna

Sunday...one of my favorite days. REST, REST, REST! We all slept in *because we worship on Saturday evenings*, and ate breakfast together. AWESOME! We all hid in our rooms or played on our tablets or computers...fun! I listened to some praise and worship music that I purchased at church and added to my computer. Ah, so uplifting... I think I'll add this to my workout routines. Later in the day we ate out for lunch and then returned to watch some DVDs of some of our favorite movies. So much fun!!!

Thank you Lord for the weekend and a happy healthy family!

REVELATION KNOWLEDGE:
Exercise where ever you are: In our busy lives we can take an opportunity to add extra exercise into our busy day. Example:

  • Walking up the stairs instead of using the elevator...ugh! I need to do this more often.
  • Standing up behind your desk chair and doing some knee bends (squats) while waiting for a program or while reading a report.  Also you can do this when waiting for your copy machine.
  • Squeezing your buns...(hiney muscles) while you are sitting in the car or standing in line at the grocery or bank.
  • Raising up on tip-toes and down while waiting in line, like above.
  • While shopping in the grocery store, carry a vegetable can and do some bicep raises...then switch sides.
  • Park at the end of the parking lot and walk in. Also, walk around the building before entering and after leaving...try it...it only takes additionally 5 - 6 minutes...but every minute counts!
  • When folding laundry, turn on your favorite music and dance, bend, or squat while folding the clothes!
  • Dance while vacuuming...do knee raises when walking.
  • Go to the park for lunch instead of sitting in a stale restaurant...be sure to carry a change of shoes and a freshen up wipe.
  • Every hour, take a 5 minute break to walk up some stairs or around the exterior office. BREATHE deep breaths, swing your arms.
  • Wall push-ups while waiting on or riding on an elevator.
I hope this will make you think about exercising, anytime.

Week 22, Saturday, Diet with Dianna

Ooh! Saturday...sleep late and enjoy the day.

  • I went for a cool morning walk with my handsome hubby,
  • got back home and showered,
  • moved some outdoor furniture to make room for car,
  • worked on some book edits with youngest son,
  • Got to go to church and worship and praise the Lord,
  • Went on a late night walk with daughter and youngest son - very cool temperature.
This was a completely AWESOME day!

REVELATION KNOWLEDGE:
Discouragement: Don't get frustrated with plateau's or mistakes...count your blessings instead. If you beat yourself up for every mistake you will become discouraged and that is a sure fire way to fail.  Be accountable to someone you trust and let them help encourage you and support you. Stay on track with your diet because each day you are successful is a blessing and you are that much closer to reaching your goal! A mistake, here and there, will not cause a diet to fail. Be cautious not to make the same mistakes over and over, though.
Keep exercising and watching your calories/sugar/carbs. You are a success!

Week 22, FRIDAY, Diet with Dianna

Oh, beautiful, gorgeous, wish you were here! This day is awesome...as well as Friday.
Another productive day book editing.  Ate lunch with two of my "grids" (grown kids) and then off to more book edits. Got home and had a package in the mail with parts to my new convection oven.
(I know what I'm cooking...biscuits!)

Now, I'm going to watch the Texas Rangers win the world series, tonight!!

Have a blessed and wonderful weekend. God is good and gets all the glory!

Week 22, Day 4, Diet With Dianna

Thursday -- another productive day. I spent several hours editing my son's book. He is such a joy to work with...I am so blessed. His humor and excitement are contagious.
I exercised twice, today. This morning and this evening; Kettlebell and walking. Tonight I walked in the cool rainy weather (what a trooper). I am wanting to kick this plateau in the butt! I can do it!

Revelation Knowledge:
I Peter 4:10 God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.

I read an article, today, about boredom. I am definitely not bored with dieting. However, I am searching for some new recipes to spice up the menus. I'd like some changes in what I eat...and so does my family.  I like easy and quick recipes...I think I'll go through my recipe file and see if I can convert some of my favorites, to make them healthier.  "Variety is the spice of life, that gives it all its flavor." ~William Cowper (poet)

Week 22, Day 3, Diet with Dianna

Wednesday - Such a great day! I ate breakfast with my only daughter and youngest son. Later on my son and I headed off for book edits and sat at the local coffee house, using our computer notebooks and spent several hours editing. It was a very productive day.

After we returned, I worked on my cookbook. Then I went outside to kick around the soccer ball with my three year old nephew. After the guys got home from work, I cooked homemade hamburgers, on my indoor counter-top grill,  and steamed some brussel sprouts as a side dish! Oh....sweet Heaven, they were de-li-cious!

As a treat, later on in the evening, we ate a slice of my No bake, sugar free, Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake and swigged down a cup of coffee!

Revelation Knowledge:
Stop complaining about your situation. Does venting your frustrations actually accomplish anything, or does it bring more frustration and turn into anger?
Instead, Give God the glory for all His wonderful blessings. I am reminded of the Bible verse:
Philippians 4:8, And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are worthy of praise. (New Living Translation)

Week 22, Day 2, Diet with Dianna

Tuesday -- Since I'm a night owl, I was working on my daily nutrition tracker and the web site went down for maintenance...while I was entering data! AHHH! So, I will have to add it to tomorrow's. Ahh!

Me in my smaller clothes!
My Daughter's costume
My Nephew
Tonight my daughter and I volunteered at the church where we attend; they had their annual Fall Festival. WOW! They had bounce houses, kiddie rides, petting zoo, face painting, food, karaoke, and more. I worked in the entrance ticket booth and I would guess that over 500 people went through my line. IN ALL I would guess that over 10,000 attended. It was HUGE! I've never seen so many people, except the midway at the State Fair. Amazing. We had a great time...it flew by. Then we were very tired and grabbed a quick and very late dinner at Chick-fil-A.
Afterwards, when we got home, I jumped in the shower; it sure felt good and I rubbed my back and feet with some sports cream...*sigh :D

Exercise...not officially, but I did do a LOT of walking, standing and bending at the festival.

Breakfast:
Turkey Sausage and coffee

Lunch:
Arby's Cool Deli Wrap...about a 1/3 of it and the rest I took home for my cute hubby.
Diet Mountain Dew.

Dinner:
Chick-Fil-A Chicken tenders - I only at 2 and a few waffle fries

Snack:
Small slice of my diet pumpkin cheesecake and coffee.

GREAT DAY!!!! Nutrition will be added tomorrow, I hope.

WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON: Finally, here is the Cardio Tracker and Nutrition Tracker

Week 22, Day 1, Diet with Dianna

I will go back and add the days that are missing. Sorry, I've been too busy to sit down and blog. I need to work on my priorities. :D

Monday -Whew, I was so busy today! I got so much done! Laundry, vacuuming, dusting, grocery shopping, changed the bed sheets, cooked breakfast and dinner, made a sugar-free no-bake cheese cake (see the recipe by selecting the tab at the top of my blog), and ran a errand with my sweet daughter, I ate lunch with my handsome son!
Now, I'm going to sit down and watch the Texas Rangers play in the world series, game 5: GO RANGERS!

I have added a cardio chart as well to my blog page. I think I like having this on here...it show a lot of good news about being healthy...like total calories burned. COOL!

Revelation Knowledge:
Psalm 23:5-6 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; And I will dwell[a] in the house of the LORD forever.

I remembered what it was like, yesterday, to shop in a "normal" clothing store. It was so grand. I actually had so many more choices. My daughter and I giggled at my revived knowledge of not shopping at a "tent and awning" store. (I really mean a Plus size store...not poking fun at the fluffy people, but just the type of store).

I looked at the clothes hanging on the racks, pick up an article and think, "It looks so small. Surely, it's too small...don't get your hopes up that it will fit". Then I put it on and I am so surprised that it REALLY FITS! My face was beaming and as I walked around all the racks and racks of clothes, I giggle and my grin is so big and my eyes well up with tears of joy. I am such a weeper...girl stuff. Anyway, it was so fun and I felt like a giddy teenager, again.  Afterwards, my daughter and I treated ourselves to some coffee. FABULOUS!

Breakfast:

  • One egg, fried
  • One cheese & turkey sausage
  • Cup of coffee with cream and one packet of Stevia
Snack:
Nope..too full

Lunch:
Cici's Pizza with my youngest son.
  • One slice of thin crust Italiano veggie pizza
  • small signature Italian salad
  • Diet Coke w/lemon
Snack: NO, are you kidding? No way...I'm too full!

Dinner:
  • Pulled pork (no sauce - I added about a teaspoon of barbecue sauce)
  • 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 a sandwich round by Oroweat
  • cup of coffee (like breakfast)
Snack:
  • Small slice of my pumpkin (sugar-free, no-bake) cheesecake.
  • cup of coffee (I was cold, today).

Week 21, Day 5, Diet with Dianna

Friday! I had a busy day, as usual. I began my day with breakfast and laundry. I worked on emails and my diet tracker. It will take a while to get used to this, but it is pretty swell! Our toaster/convection oven died, so I decided to check out Super Target and Wal-Mart for a replacement. I wasn't going to buy one if it was too expensive. I asked God for favor and to please guide me to a bargain.

I walked the appliance aisle at Super T. There was only one to choose from and I didn't want to pay $99. I looked at the plain toaster ovens and the cheapest one was too small for our family's needs. In order to get one large enough for our family, It was going to cost me more than $50 bucks & tax. I decided to wait and find something on sale or check the next store. As I walked away my Spirit prompted me to look back and I spied the opposite end cap..."CLEARANCE". The shelves were crammed with small appliances from their older display models. Would you believe? A convection oven sat on the lower shelf..."CLEARANCE"! This particular model was not one of the types they had currently on display. It had been $60 and was marked down to $29. It was very nice with digital display, preset food items, temperature control and timer. It was missing the cooking tray and wire wrack, though.  GOD is so good! He answered my request and led me to the perfect spot...on the same day! AWESOME!

When I arrived home I immediately searched the Internet for replacements for the missing parts and found them CHEAPLY. I was able to purchase two wire racks and one baking tray. My final costs was less than the original price of the toaster oven, and that included the purchase price of the oven PLUS the replacement parts. GOD IS SO GOOD! It is way better than what I had before.

REVELATION KNOWLEDGE:
Ephesians 4:20, Now all glory to God, who is able, through His mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.

Exercise: NOPE...I was harboring a headache, all day, and I just didn't want to aggravate it more by exercising. PHOOEY!

New Food Product: Pretzel Crisps
I thought I would post this in my blog about any new food products that I find that are delicious and good on this type of diet. I found a very tasty, low fat & low caloric snack food called  "Pretzel Crisps". They are so good, and I think they are better than the boring old round pretzels. These are great with some Laughing Cow cheese or Sugar Free peanut butter. May I say they are so tasty! !!!! Visit their website to see all the different scrumptious varieties they have. I have tried the Original, Garlic Parmesan, and  Everything. When I went to their website I saw they had WAY more choices than what is offered at my grocer. I would really like to try the Jalapeno Jack or the Chipotle Cheddar...yum! I like these much better than corn chips. Now I'm deciding what to put on them to make them over-the-top delectable!

Daily S/C: approximately 7g sugars/5 servings carbohydrates. My protein was a bit low. I will add an additional egg to my breakfast, tomorrow.

Week 21, Day 4, Diet with Dianna

Thursday - I had a super day. I was blessed to spend the day with two great friends. I was even blessed with a free lunch at Jason't Deli...but spending time with a good friend is priceless!  It was such a joy to laugh and talk and minister to each other. My Spirit was so uplifted and recharged when I arrived home, even though it was a long day and I was tired.
Then I was honored to spend the evening with my family and we dined together and just hung out. We watched our team play the second game in the World Series on television, and they won. It was just the best day!
Thank you Lord for unexpected blessings...

NOTE: My friend suggested a website for me to check out. It is pretty cool, with phone apps to boot. I really liked it...but it took me while to set it up; which I think I still have some things to do. So here's what you see below:

  • A chart of the food I ate yesterday with all the calories counted and distributed in categories. It is a different than my S/C, but I will add that to the top of my page. I don't know if I will continue to use this and I will try it on...like a pair of shoes. If it fits I'll continue.
Exercise:
Walked late last night and my hand got really cold. 1.5 mi.
No kettlebell...I was just to tired and it was late.

Revelation Knowledge:
Rejoice in the BIG and small blessings of each day! Tell God thank you for it ALL.

Here is the new Chart:

Daily: S/C: 7/5
(the chart did not let me add sugars as a category...weird).

Week 21, Days 2 & 3

Tuesday & Wednesday

Well, I completely missed Tuesday and that's just too bad.
Today is even more busy! I volunteered in the church offices, bought some food from the big chain warehouse club, cooked muffins (well started them anyway), and started twenty-four breakfast biscuits for the working men in our household.
Sadly, in the middle of all that I found out that a friend's husband died, from a brain aneurysm this past Monday, and I only found out that there was a visitation this evening...at the last minute. I rode with my mother and sister to offer our love and show support. My friend lives about an hour away and during rush hour traffic, it took a bit longer. Unfortunately, tragedy isn't convenient. I am so thankful that she is a strong christian woman and that she had such a great attitude and outlook on her current situation.

One of the reasons I was able to leave on such short notice is that I have a super support system and team family! My son and Hubby finished up the muffins, by pulling them out of the oven and wrapping them, individually, then putting them in the freezer. My very talented daughter came home from a long day at work and finished up the twenty-four breakfast sandwiches for her father and brother! I am so blessed! Thank you, everyone for pitching in and coming to my rescue! I appreciate being able to go without fretting or worrying about leaving the food...to ruin. AWESOME!

NOTE: I have a few friends that are going through some very tough times...I really hate that! I am so blessed to have God in my life and it is comforting to know that so do they! I cannot imagine what I would do if I didn't have God's presence in my life to provide His peace, love, grace, mercy, and protection. He is so faithful to give us what we need, even without asking! Week 20, Day 7, Diet with Dianna

Sunday-- Today was a GRAND day as my family continued our tradition of going the the State Fair of Texas. This year the State Fair celebrated 125 years. Now, I've been going every year to the fair since I was a baby and that is only 50 years. I have passed along the tradition, joy, and excitement  of the fair to my children. As a child I remember it being BIGGER THAN LIFE...and it still is. There are the stand out icons of the fair like: BIG TEX and the HUGE Ferris-wheel. Then there are the traditional exhibits: the food building, auto show, Marine core drum and bugle band, and the creative arts building.

Some of our favorite places to see are:

  •  the food pavilion where we get to samples of delicious treats, like sirloin burgers, ice cream, habanero salsa, chocolate milk, and turkey...for a start. Waiting in the long lines is just part of the experience; well worth the scrumptious delights that await us at the front as they pass along the yummy samples of food.
  • the dog show, where the cutest dogs  perform tricks, run races, and grab Frisbees out of the air. One event is where the trainer tosses an object out over a long narrow lap pool. Each dog jumps from a platform out into the water and the distance is measured, as to how far thee dog jumped before landing with a "splash". Amazingly, one handicapped dog with only three legs, jumped a span of 23 feet. WOW! So much fun to watch!
  • The Creative arts building where all the BLUE ribbon winners and runners up contestants have their entries on exhibit. So many fun, exciting, and bizarre things to gander. Simple fun! One of the most interesting parts of this building is seeing the massive butter sculpture. Also, in this building is the wall of canned goods -- so colorful and interesting.
  • AND the BEST for last are the two Auto buildings. This is by far our favorite exhibit to see because the buildings are enormous and packed full of brand new shiny cars for the new year. Part of the experience is getting to look at all the cars, climb into them, and plan on which ones we want!
Of course, we always eat fair food, and I even ate a third of a juicy hamburger...it is on my permitted food! I really enjoy the old fashioned hamburger, but my kids like Fletcher's corn dawgs, and funnel cakes!  We don't usually go for the new wild fried foods that they have each year, and some of them are very strange. This year one of the craziest fried foods was bubble gum! I think next year I'll make something in honor of the State Fair, like fried jalapenos drizzled with chocolate. Hmmm! Delicious!

Exercise:
Well, I did not kettelbell, I took a day off. I did, however, do a lot of walking...at the fair, then took the dog for a walk, my usual 1.5 mi. WHEW! My feet are tired.

Revelation Knowledge:
These words were in my morning devotional: idleness, empty, boredom, frustration,
and anger. There is a lot of emptiness and idleness in our daily lives. We fill our days watching television, surfing the Internet, check our Facebook, texting, and other time wasters.  Some days I am very busy, but it doesn't seem that I really accomplished anything...I was busy at non-nonsensical things. The Bible says in Matthew that we will give account of every idle word...In Ecclesiastes it says idleness will lead to ruin, leaky roofs, hunger, and more.
The word "failure" comes to mind, too.

CHANGE! Instead of trying to figure it out ourselves, a wise woman (or man) seeks God's direction for all my daily activities. Something that has definitely  helped me avoid dangerous empty busyness is taking the time to pray for God's direction in my life, each day. My prayer time and planning includes a to-do list and lots of Sticky notes! In addition to spending time just enjoying the Lord's presence and worship, I also seek His approval and guidance for my plans of the day.

I want to be a good steward of my time-both at work, play, and rest. Being 'busy' is not always bad but when I fill that time with idleness or empty pursuits. Plan, focus, prioritize!

Week 20, Day 6, Diet with Dianna

Saturday...lazy day to start, and then it picked up to a rapid pace. I had breakfast with, four of the five in my family. My daughter worked this morning, so I missed having her at the table.

Today was our church day. After service we sat around at the church's coffee shop and drank coffee. It's a blast to sit around and talk about the service and what we received from the message. Later, after we got home, we watched the Texas Rangers American League Championship baseball game; THEY WON! The Rangers are back to back, two time, American League Champs, and they are headed to the World Series. Maybe this time they will win?!!
Whoever wins, I hope they give God the glory and everyone is safe! Now, I need to make out a snack menu for the big game.

Week 20, Day 5, Diet with Dianna

Friday -- Absolutely beautiful day! Wow!  Started out the day with breakfast and then a nice long walk. I got started late, but still had a great day.  Ran some errands and ate a snack lunch because I knew I was going to go out to eat with the family for dinner. I saved up my carbs.

After a delicious dinner with the whole family, we headed home for game night and played Uno; which we haven't played in a very long time. It was a blast! We laughed, and laughed, and laughed. I even got out my mini digital recorder and recorded some of the antics. The video is so jumpy because I was laughing so hard...It was a super evening!

Then later that evening, because I acted the hog, I put in a painful workout. Afterwards my leg muscles were very angry with me! I am so sore from using the Kettlebell; who would've thought? My squatting leg muscles are really hurting... in a good way. (Is there really such a thing as 'a good way'?) Those muscles have been neglected for the past century. And forget about having a feminine sachet as I stroll across the room, because I'm  now walking like a cowboy after having rode in the saddle for days. Just sitting down and standing up is a chore. Yikes!  I needed to go to the "ladies room", and if it hadn't been for the lovely handles that had been installed for my grandfather, years ago, I would have been stuck on the throne for a while. Or even worse, I might have had to call for help...since I had my cell phone with me. I had to laugh, because it was so funny. DUH!

Revelation Knowledge (Wisdom for the near future): Take a one day break from the Kettlebell. Rethink this..slow down, cool my jets and allow myself some recovery time.

Yes, to the point of near injury.

Week 20, Day 4, Diet with Dianna

Got in a great walk this morning...but brrr, I was chilled until the last quarter mile. I enjoyed the sunshine as it warmed me and avoided the shady parts of the street.

Something that I noticed, today. My shoes are too big...not in length but just have extra space for my feet to slide around. My feet have lost weight. I put some padded inserts in my shoes to keep my feet from slippin' and sliddin' around. I wouldn't have imagined losing weight in my feet. DUH!

I bought a Kettlebell today (a 10 lb. weight in the shape of a kettle with a large handle). I watched the DVD that came along with it. I did some exercises and WOW, my arms are already sore. It was harder than it looked, and I am surprised at the difficulty. My leg and rear end are sore, too. Good thing I will use it every other day. Now I could use a hot tub...*sigh* but will settle for some muscle rub (lotion).

Week 20, Day 3, Diet with Dianna

Wednesday - Today,  I bought a new pair of dress slacks, and... *drum roll - CRASH!* I bought a size 18....*applause-applause*. Yes, it is 3 sizes smaller from where I started 140+ days ago and 25 pounds down. The pants looked too small for me hanging on the rack. I pulled them off the hanger and held them up to me, just for a quick test. It was surprising to me how they seemed to be the right fit. I was certain I was delusional, thinking I could wear them. I didn't even try them on there at the store, but threw them into the basket and resolved to try them on at home; I kept the receipt just in case.

I pulled them out of the bag, snickered at myself. I slipped on the first pant leg and was thinking that my upper thigh would be snug. I was fairly certain that I wouldn't be able to pull them over my hips...and forget buttoning or zipping them...what was I thinking?

Well, to my shock and amazement, they slid up effortlessly and THEY FIT! *sniff-sniff* I just stood silently staring down in sheer disbelief...then I had another wild thought...I probably got the wrong size and picked up a bigger pair by mistake...I must've misread the tag...that's it!  I quickly scrounged around the liter of bags on my bed and found the discarded tag. PTL! There it was in bold print! SIZE 18. I'm not imagining it! Really!

I cannot remember how long it's been since I've put on a size 18. My heart was beating fast and I ran to the bathroom. I stood facing the full length mirror, looking for bulges or rolls. I was thinking I might see legs that looked like ground pork stuffed in sausage casings. NOPE! They looked great! None of my wild imaginations were there. I am so happy and blessed; and a tad bit proud!

Exercise:
I didn't get a walk in...but I did use the resistance band and did some exercising with my arms...sort of floppy!

Revelation Knowledge:
 Control your mind...don't be fearful.
Psalm 112:7; He will not be afraid of evil tidings; His heart is steadfast, trusting in the LORD.

Breakfast
We had a storm around 4 a.m. this morning and I had only been asleep for an hour and a half. The dogs were afraid so we sat with them until the storm passed. Then the electricity went off and it was hot and still in the house...too quiet. Finally after 6:30 a.m. the electricity was restored and the dogs calmed down. I went to sleep and didn't get up until 11 a.m. So I basically missed breakfast.

Week 20, Day 2, Diet with Dianna

Tuesday! AWESOME! I started the day with a delicious breakfast prepared at the hands of my beautiful daughter. I could get used to being spoiled. I had lunch and dinner out with family. Unusual to have two meals out, but the day was busy.

MONDAY: Twenty weeks -- one hundred forty days! WOW! I weighted this morning and I only lost about 1/2 a pound this week! I'm not totally happy, but slightly happy. At least I didn't gain. I suppose it was not exercising enough and a few too many carbs?  I don't know, but it was too close for comfort.

I did get a few compliments on my new clothes...they fit very well and you can see the thinness. The people in our Bible study group even noticed. NICE!

Week 19, Day 5, Diet with Dianna

Friday! Woo-hoo! It started out slower, but gained speed through the day. I got up and started some breakfast for the people at home. Some of them had cinnamon rolls and others had biscuits, eggs and sausage. Of course we had coffee. Then I started making my Pumpkin Spice muffins...these are the ones that are not sugar free, but the rest of the sugar eating world really like them.

I made 30 muffins and the house smelled so delicious! Whew! That was fun, but then I needed a rest; but did I get one? Nope. I helped out my mother with a favor and then it was time to dress for date night with my favorite husband. Since he works in another town, it takes about forty-five minutes, on a good day, to get there. My grids (grown kids) were going to a matinee so we carpooled there. I had to wait for about an hour for Wade to get off work. I sat an read a book, "The God I Never Knew", by *Robert Morris.

Dinner was excellent. We decided to try out a new restaurant; well, new to us, Rio Mambo. The food was very good Tex-Mex. The salsa was heavy on the cilantro, but everything else was very delicious. The servings were HUGE! I only ate one taco, a few beans, and grilled veggies! YUM! DOGGY BAG, PLEASE! I brought home enough food for two more meals. No wonder the world is in a FAT state. The restaurants over serve on the food; sad and wasteful.

Exercise:
Sadly, no! I didn't do any! *sigh*

*WOW!! Awesome book about the mysterious, and mostly avoided subject of The Holy Spirit. What I was taught as a child--what I thought I knew as an adult, and what I discovered while reading this book, are completely different. I have been given so much new revelation. Pastor Robert shows us the  details that are laid out so simply in the Holy Bible, yet I have read them and really not understood. Of course, now I see it, The Holy Spirit has had the mystery solved and has been reveled to me! This is a must read for every believer and should be read and taught by every Pastor, preacher, and teacher. Super! Thank you Pastor Robert.
