Week 43, Wednesday, Diet with Dianna

I Corinthians 10:23, You say, “I am allowed to do anything”—but not everything is good for you. You say, “I am allowed to do anything”—but not everything is beneficial. NKJV
So, according the the Bible scripture above, I should ask myself, "Before you eat this, is it beneficial to your body?" Sure, I could eat anything...but is just anything good for me? Absolutely NOT! I need to take care and choose wisely.  I only need to eat healthy and in decent, moderate portions. 


I also need to be consistent at exercising. I have become somewhat lazy as the weather has begun to heat up. Hot or not...I need to walk! Go me!!!!

For the past several months I have been desiring a bicycle. Not just any bicycle but a retro style bike. I've been shopping around for a good deal. I am not wanting to ride a marathon or become another Katie Compton or Lance Armstrong. I just want to add some new ways to exercise, besides walking and working out with weights. Riding a bicycle is a good idea!
I can see myself riding on a cruiser bicycle, with my little "Todo" in the handlebar basket and I ring the bell as I pass the pedestrians. I must have a generous, cushy and springy seat. I need bottom comfort! I don't want to toil or even have to walk up the hills, so I hope to find a 3 to 5 speed.  I would just be so pleased if the bike were a pastel purple or soft green.  I foresee a shopping trip in the very, very near future!
