Week 23, Monday, Diet With Dianna

  Yippee! I am finished with the plateau. The extra walking and Kettlebell workouts have taken me down 2 more pounds! Whew! I really did not want to write about another week of plateaus. I have to give God the glory for his strength to resist giving up. I give my family and friends a big THANK YOU for supporting and encouraging me to keep going! BTW, I ordered two smaller pairs of pants, online. I have 5 - 7 days before they arrive so that gives me time to shed one or two more pounds before they get here!!!!!! Go me!
  Today was a very productive day. All the cleaning chores, laundry, and some book edits were completed. I had time this evening to sit in the living room with my honey...no talking because we were each concentrating on our tablets. I looked up occasionally and saw all the dogs asleep and my sweetie reading. Very peaceful. We also watched a little television. IT was a great day!

Revelation Knowledge:
Sleep....*yawn*, as I write this at 12:38 in the morning. I will sleep until 8 a.m., but I am a night owl person. I can and will get up early if necessary. I can and will go to bed early, if necessary. The night time is quiet, with no distractions and I can get a lot done in these quiet hours...alone!
  Sleep is vital to good health. Rest is Biblical...God rested. He even set aside one day of the week for complete rest. Many, many health experts say that getting enough rest is essential to staying healthy, alert, and successful in dieting.  This is something that I have always lacked...enough sleep. My goal is to get, at least, 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night...starting tomorrow night *tee-hee-hee*.
