Week 23, Wednesday, Diet with Dianna

Wednesday, already. Whew! Today was my volunteer day in the church offices. After a few hours there, I was off to eat lunch with my sweetie. He picked a hamburger place this week, so next week I'll pick a healthier place where I can get a nutritious salad...and less bread and fat.
Next, I was on a mission to get two new tires on my car. WOW, they are not cheap, but God always provides. Thank you Lord.
I worked on my computer when I got home and then began dinner. My youngest son's favorite: Stroganoff. The regular recipe is very high fat content, but I converted the recipe to a healthier version and ever bit as yummy and delicious. No one complains and I have to make extra for them to take to lunch the next day. The wolf it down. Who said that healthy had to taste bad? The empty bowls speak for themselves!


Revelation Knowledge:
Drink water...not soda. I like to drink carbonated beverages...the diet kind, but they are just empty calories and are not really good to drink all the time. Water is the best. However, I do like tea and coffee.
I will concentrate on more water...less diet sodas. I can do it! Besides...water is cheaper. :D
